About Infinite Outsource
An engineering company built around connected medical devices and the software that supports them.
Our story
Infinite Outsource was founded to give medical device and technology companies access to engineering teams that could carry a product from an idea to working, validated hardware — without the cost and lead time of building that capability in-house.
We began as a broader outsourcing business. Over time the work narrowed, deliberately. Today it is concentrated in two places: biomedical device engineering, and the IT and software engineering that supports connected products and the companies building them. Everything else has been retired.
That focus is the point. It is where our team's experience runs deepest, and it is the work where an experienced partner makes the difference between a device that ships and one that stalls in integration.

Engineering first
Decisions get made on technical merit. If an approach will not hold up in the field, we say so early, including when it is the approach you asked for.
Evidence over assertion
"It works" is a claim. A test protocol, a result and a trace back to the requirement is evidence. We deal in the second one.
Transparent by default
You see the same project board, the same test results and the same risk list we do. Bad news travels fast, because late bad news is expensive.
In it for the product's life
Devices live for years and need firmware updates, security patches and field support the whole time. We plan for that from the first architecture review.
Where we are
Three countries, one accountable team.
India — Ahmedabad
Our head office and primary engineering centre. The majority of our engineering team works here, across electronics, mechanical design, firmware and software.

Commercial and client-facing operations for our North American clients, with working hours that overlap the engineering team.
Italy
A newly registered entity, establishing our presence in Europe and giving our European clients a local point of contact as we grow in EU markets.
